1. Acceptance
By using acrypluss.in or placing an order with Acry Plus (GSTIN 27ACUPC2450N1Z8, Jogeshwari West, Mumbai), you agree to these terms. They apply to business-to-business and retail supply of acrylic, polycarbonate, PVC and allied products.
2. Website content
Product images, sizes, thicknesses, shade codes and technical data on this site are indicative. Actual stock, shade and specification may vary by batch and manufacturer. Always confirm the exact specification in writing before ordering.
3. Quotations and pricing
Quotations are valid for the period stated on the quotation, or 7 days where not stated, and are subject to stock availability at the time of order confirmation. All prices are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. GST is charged at applicable rates and a tax invoice is issued for every supply.
4. Orders and payment
An order is confirmed only after written confirmation from us and receipt of the agreed advance. Credit terms, where extended, are at our discretion for approved accounts. Delayed payments may attract interest and suspension of further supply.
5. Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates. Goods are dispatched pan-India through transport partners; risk passes to the buyer on handover to the transporter unless otherwise agreed in writing. Freight, loading and insurance are charged as per the quotation.
6. Inspection, returns and cancellation
Buyers must inspect goods on receipt and report shortage, transit damage or wrong supply within 48 hours with photographs and the transporter's documents. Cut-to-size, fabricated and custom-ordered material is non-returnable. Approved returns of standard stock must be unused, in original packing, and may attract handling charges.
7. Warranty and liability
Manufacturer warranties, where applicable, are passed on to the buyer. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the invoice value of the goods concerned.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images and layout, belongs to Acry Plus and may not be reproduced without written permission.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.
